Returns - Exchanges - Credit Notes
When it comes to purchasing tools and related products, we know how much goes into making sure what you buy is right for your project. That’s why we ask that you choose carefully as not all items can be returned for refund for change of mind. At Tradies Place Hardware (TPH) we take pride in the quality of the tools and products we sell and in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, we will happily arrange a replacement.
There are exceptions for returns and unfortunately, TPH is unable to offer change of mind refunds or exchanges on the following items:
- If the product that you receive is past its expiry date.
- Any product/s specifically cut to size at your request
- Special Orders.
- Bulk Orders (purchase qty of 10 or more of same SKU/product code)
- Orders exceeding seven (7) day timeframe
- Clearance line products purchased online
Note: These products can still be returned if they are faulty, have not performed as described when instructions are correctly followed. or do not match the sample or description.
Commercial quantities are also not generally available for change of mind returns or exchanges.
Where an item is being returned, we will arrange to inspect the item to ensure it’s in a saleable condition and, once confirmed, we will arrange to process your refund via your original payment method. We cannot process a refund using an alternative payment method and cannot process your return until goods are confirmed as being in saleable condition.
Please allow 10 - 14 business days for the refund process to be completed.
Items for refund, exchange or credit must be made in store with proof of purchase within 7 days. Where customers are in regional or interstate areas and unable to come in store, arrangements will be made to provide you with alternative options.
